Day 3 on Restart (Valentines day)

What a day, I'm glad it's over now, I didn't get any sleep the night before, was on the phone and then went to see a friend of mine for an early breakfast.

After that, came home, got the kids up & off to school, took the two middle ones to school, got gas and then went to the park and walked for nearly an hour run keeper messed up so I don't know exactly what I did, aprox 2.5 -2.75 miles, it was COLD 37 degrees, humid, there was ice, snow & tree limbs all over the place and I really didn't want to walk because my legs were sore from the day before's workout but I did it anyway.. put my hoodie up and walked walked walked. I think there was so many times I wanted to just stop but I kept pushing myself

From there I left the park and headed to my clients house did a little workout with her, then came home and took a nap, not much of once but a little

Later that day I went to the freezer for something and saw oatmeal cookie dough, so I ate 5 of them, then got control of myself, went upstairs and made myself some chicken & celery with hummus for dinner.. Greg shows up with Valentines candy, and I didn't even ask the kids for any just hung out so anyway they leave and I have to take Grace's friend home, so I leave there and drive to Dairy queen and get a Strawberry Cheesequake Blizzard with pecans (small) and devoured it by the time I got home.  Ate 3 pieces of salt water taffy and then stopped!! I tracked everything today and of course the blizzard put me a bit over my calories but it was not mass destruction. Ended up just going to bed so that I didn't do anything else for damaage

Yes I was feeling sad and alone, my first Valentines that I had no one, no kids, no date -- Sucked but I was able to control the emotions to a point...LOL and I got 9 hours of sleep!! LOL

Day 2 of my Restart!

So sleepy but started the day off great! A friend called and I was on the phone & started exercising, but you know how you sometimes just don't really feel like it, yah that was me, I really in my head was like UGHH I don't want to do this, but I kept moving while we were on the phone.. Finally I told my friend I had to get off and get some work done, jumped on the elliptical and did 35 grueling minutes (Again my mindset said no but I kept going!!)  Then went down to the garage and jumped on the mini tramp and did a beast mode circuit similar to yesterday, step ups, jogging in place, kettle bell swings, ball slams, tricep extensions, and lateral arm stuff did that for 25 minutes!!

I got 61 minutes of exercise in and "I didn't wanna"... Sometimes even when you don't wanna you just have to DO IT ANYWAY!!!!!  I'm an over comer and REFUSE TO FAIL!!

Breakfast was coffee & coconut oil
Oatmeal, Visalus, Blackberries & Chia seeds

Lunch will be a spinach salad & Vi Shake

Dinner is Chicken.

100%Transparent restart

I have no excuses, I could sit here blaming this that & everything else, from the failed relationships, to my mother being here to whatever, but the truth of the matter is I chose to slack off, I chose to binge, I chose to ignore my healthy habits, and I chose not to take care of myself.

I have been binging and gorging and stuffing myself for months, barely doing any exercises, and defiantly OUT EATING what I burned gaining a little at a time. Nothing fits right, by the time I got off the cruise I was not happy with how I was looking in photos at all very bloated and ugh!

When I got back from the cruise I got on the scale and I was like HOLY CRAP!! How did I do that? How did I gain 20 pounds I said, Oh yeah all the cookie, cake & ice cream, and binging at night is how I did that. All the out to eat, with Wings, French Fries, Golden Corral & fast food did that. Eating whatever I want on the cruise did that. Not drinking my water did that. So how could I sit there saying OMG how'd that happen, I knew exactly what had!!!!  I was so pissed, I kept saying NO NO NO!! I will fix this!! Grr I got this.. Blah blah blah, that was the 27th of January and here it is the 12th and I'm finally getting serious!! .. I start off good then binge binge binge at night ignoring everything I'd done during the day...At first I wasn't going to post this, because "Coach Krystie had a set back" but then I said you know what... FORGET IT, I am going to make this public...  Do I share this for sympathy? No, Do I share it for "oh it's ok" comments.. NO, I share this because we all have set backs, I don't care how great you are, you will experience set backs, it's how you REBOUND from them that defines you, so I share to help let you know you don't have to keep spiraling out of control, just make that first step and RESTART!!!!!

So today Feb 12th 2014 is my day one. It's also my grandpa's birthday (who passed away in 07) I guess it hit me today that when I was losing the weight I would look at him photo and that gave me motivation to get moving.. so today really inspired me to get my head out of my ass and fix what I've done.

I start fresh--- This morning, I weighed and I'm down 4 pounds from the cruise, to 181.6 I've got to get out of the 80s this is what held me back before was getting stuck in the 80's . Just see-sawing up and down coasting by...

My first goal is 10 pounds, that is totally doable!! I will reach that goal by MARCH 14th!!!
After that my 2nd Goal is 20 pounds by April 20th
And my 3rd goal will be 30 pounds in 100 days which is MAY 23rd (day before my mothers's birthday)


I will stop the night binges
I will Drink my water
I will track EVERYTHING
I will drink my shakes
I will get my exercise daily (6 days a week)

Today, Grace & I did 25 minutes of Cardio, It was fun doing a circut again, it's been a while!! Squats, kettlebell, bicep with over head press, ball slams, & ladder work. Plus jumping jacks & then later I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, I'm feeling great & determined!!

I want to look better and feel better! & have my clothes fit again! I WILL MAKE THAT HAPPEN!!! I've done before and I'll be damned I'm gonna go backwards!! I've come to far to stop!!! I'VE GOT THIS!! 

Finished the day with 1538 calories 14 water & 70 minutes of exercise

Turning this setback into my best comeback ever!!!

I got this

I am not a big super bowl person so today is no biggie for me!!

Staying on track and making good choices is my only goal for the day!!!

6 Jumping Jacks
 6 High knees
 6 Squats
 6 Bicycles
6 Leg Lifts
10 sec Plank
2 Burpie

 Plus I WILL do the elliptical today!


25 Minutes on the Elliptical done 
& 2 Sets of today's challenge & 10 bonus pushups (no knees)

!!! I'm so pissed at myself for not doing pretty much anything in the last few months, I can totally tell I'm out of shape, that's ok though, #beastmode is back and there will be NO more slacking ever!!

Been awhile

Went through a lot of crap the last couple months, but I'm back and READY to rock!! Restarting my challenge!

Over head press
Hammer Curls

Then did my Feb heart challenge
5 Jumping Jacks 
5 High knees 
5 Squats
5 Bicycles
5 Leg Lifts
5sec Plank
1 Burpie
5 Pushups (bonus)


Did Fairly ok today, was totally on track until Mexican Dinner with Hannah & Destinee, then I had 2 drinks but that was it. no mindless binging since I wasn't actually home.
