So proud of myself I may burst!!!!!!!!!!

OMG so the other day I blogged that I couldn't really ever go to the movies again because my boyfriend always get a large popcorn and a large coke and I find myself eating half of it and drinking tons of coke. Well I had the realization that OF COURSE I CAN RESIST if I WANT TOO! Its truly all in the mind, if I make up my mind that I'm going to do something then there is NOTHING that's going to stop me, today I made up my mind, I've had a great week, I don't want it nor do I need it and I'm not touching it and I didn't!!! BAM BAM!! BAM!!!!!

Soooo freaking proud of myself!!!!!!

On track and having a perfect day

Finished the day with 1311 Calories, 121 Carbs 36 Fat, 106 protein, 899 sodium & 26 fiber

Back to exercising tomorrow!!

Yesterday started out really great, made healthy choices all day, was totally on track with my food and then me and my boyfriend went to Longhorns. Now I knew I'd make healthy choices, and planned to skip the onion petals even though I love them, so I ordered the Ribeye, Grilled Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and a Salad, no croutons, no cheese. Thought to myself, hey great job! Very healthy (well ok mashed potatoes not super healthy but that was my "splurge". So we get to the car and I start tracking my dinner

OMG 900 calories for the meat, 270 for potatoes , 400 calories for the shrimp & the rice that the shrimp sat on, etc... OMG!!!! And the SODIUM, THROUGH THE ROOF!!!

Went from being 100% ontrack to instantly OVER my calories & sodium by a huge amount. GRR

2979 Calories for the day
318 carbs
100 fat
155 protein
5.478 SODIUM!!!
22 Fiber

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW not a good day at all. So my advice to everyone, even if you "THINK" it's healthy, plan ahead, check the nutrients first to make sure what you order fits into your meal plan....

Live & Learn!!!

Gonna make today better!

7/11 Day 6/90

What a great day ! Stayed on track all day long ended the day at 2695 calories burned I stayed in my calories ranges and got lots of exercise in 156 minutes!

I knew my boyfriend was coming to town to visit so first I got up trained my clients in the pool for 50 minutes then went to the park and walked for 45 minutes! After he came we went bowling then we went to Steak & Shake , which normally derails me, but not today! Nope I ordered a grilled chicken salad, no cheese, no croutons, and then dipped my fork in ranch about 3 times and tossed the rest!!! WOO HOOO

My boyfriend wanted to go to a movie but I explained to him how every time we go and he orders the LARGE butter popcorn and LARGE Coke, that its hard on  me, having it sitting right there in my face, and I lose my willpower and then I'm going crazy with it, eating handfuls of popcorn, then next thing I know 1/2 the bag is in my stomach and half of the coke is too, I told him I've been so on track I just don't want to screw it up, he was awesome and understanding, so we opted to stay in, watched a movie and I popped up a couple bags of healthier popcorn and we enjoyed the movie that way!! YAY!!

1237 Calories
156 Carbs
36 Fat
81 Protein
1292 Sodium
32 Fiber

WOOO HOOO!!!! So proud of myself I got on the scale today and since 7.5 when I was 179.8 I am now 167.6!!! YAY!! So most of the weight gain was water weight, from bad choices but it's so great to be out of the 70's and heading out of the 60's again!! WOOO HOOO!

Day 4 of 90 7/10

Got a busy day ahead of me, Training a client at 6:30 in the pool then coming home doing some sort of cardio, then teaching cardio classes tonight!! WOO HOO! BEAST MODE to the max baby!! I'm feeling renewed and excited about my journey!!

Since my restart I have reached my 1,000 calorie deficit all but the first day and yesterday made up the difference, That is my biggest goal, to keep my deficit where it needs to be in order to loose 2 pounds a week (3500 calories = 1 pound), the higher my deficit, the better my weight loss will be. It's all about calories in vs calories out.  I'm eating in my ranges and 100% on track, no reason not to be successful.
7/7 904
7/8 1004
7/9 1161
7/10 1361

Next week my dear friend Amanda (also a client I coach) will be flying in, I am excited to have her here, as she will help keep me accountable, can't be doing bad things when I'm her coach

today has been a great day, on track, lots of exercises, 150 minutes. swimming, treadmill, cardio class. woooooo hoooo

Nervou but determined

I have been doing so great and now my boyfriend wants me to go to North Carolina this weekend to meet his kids and dad, I am so nervous and afraid that I am going to make bad choices, food wise...
it seems like I get careless everytime we're together, I know what I have to do but somehow I always just throw all caution to the wind and eat whatever and drink whatever, like it's a big party.. I don't want to do that anymore, especially after my 12lb gain in 6 weeks that I'm battling to get off.

I will bring my shakes and blender, no excuses I will stay on track, it's going to be so stressful meeting his kids and dad, but I can't keep throwing monkey wrenches into my own journey, life is always going to happen, it's how I choose to deal with it that will determine my success.

Planning and being strong is the key!!!!!

To be continued..........

7/9 on fire

Today has been a good day, what could have turned into a train wreck turned out just fine, Made a healthy breakfast, then went shopping with the kids, decided to get wings, skipped the fries and ordered a salad with  it instead, (skipped the cheese as well), Now I did eat the wings, and then I had a handful of the kids fries, so I knew I'd have to eat low for dinner to make sure I stayed on track, came home and busted out 90 minutes of exercise, feeling like I really really didn't want to but I kept pressing forward and got it done. (Why is it that when I eat "unhealthy" I want to make unhealthy choices thereafter?!! GRR) anyway pushed through the I don't wanna and then felt better.

Was feeling "munchy" but I controlled myself , ate an apple and a carrot, then went and trained my client and came home, made a shake with no milk (PB2 Vi, and  banana & caramel extract). Super yuumm!

Finished the day on track and proud of myself again!!!

I'm 100 calories over and while that's not my goal, I'd rather only be 100 than 1,000 from binging!!

Restarted 90 day challenge

well I pretty much wasted the last 90 day challenge, so today I have started fresh, making good choices and I'm very proud of myself. Even with my boyfriend leaving and going back to work I refuse to binge and feed my emotions, I made a sign and hung it on my fridge in my pantry to remind myself to stay on track .

Today was very successful and I'm very proud of myself , very committed to making things happen and getting this extra weight off of me that I so carelessly put back on.

I clean the whole house today sweeping mopping etc, back in beast mode for exercise tomorrow

Proud of myself

I'm so proud of myself, yesterday I had a perfect day (after not doing good with food on 7/1 or 7/2) I got up, ate a healthy breakfast, and then went out and worked out in the gazebo, BEAST MODE was totally on!! 30 mins elliptical, and 30 mins HIIT training. Spot on with my food and water, taught Cardio last night at the gym and had another AWESOME workout!

I met all of my goals, stayed in all of my ranges and felt great! First time in a while I've been proud of myself, and being 100% on track was so satisfying!!! WOO HOOO

Starting Completely Over

Posted this on facebook :The fact of the matter is we're all human, we ALL make mistakes, what you chose to do after that will determine your success! There will come a time when a binge of a day or 2 or even a month occurs, the choice will be yours, to stop it, and change your eating or keep being destructive! BE STRONG, and press forward!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I've taken way to much time off, from the 17th of May I've just been going through the motions and it's time to put a stop to it!!I've put on over 17 pounds and it's not ok, Back into the 170's suck! Wasted a 90 day challenge, didn't reach my goal, and ended up farther away than ever. Time to make a change!!

Today I recommit to me! I'm determined to be successful and not keep playing games on this journey. I will lead by example, not only for my children but for everyone who is associated with Coach Krystie (friends, clients teammates etc)

Old habits are hard to break, but I'm determined that I can do this, I WILL get where I want to be!!!! TODAY'S THE DAY!
