7/31 On fire~~8/90

I'm doing awesome, proud of myself! Made great choices yesterday, healthy foods only lots of workout in, 45 mins elliptical, 35 mins treadmill & 60 minutes cardio~~~

MyFitnessPal says: If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 151 lbs in 5 weeks  WOOO HOO!!!
