Seriously trying 3/4

Well it's going back down! I'm, really really trying , I do so great then about 9:30 instead of going to bed or whatever I just go and stuff and stuff, Did ok yesterday, was over my calories but was aware of what I was eating and tracked everything. Didn't really eat junk, just too much of it. Took my measurements today Waist 29, Hips 37, Chest 32.5, Thigh 22 Calf 15 My goal is to lose 1 inch off each area this month and get to 159.9 I've gotta get outta the 60's for good, I'm tired of being in the 60's/70's and it's time to make my dreams reality! I will drink my water & watch my food EVERYDAY!!!!

  1. You can do it!!! I've seen you blow numbers out of the water. One day at a time with the food. Unfortunately I know only too well how hard it is to get off of that roller coaster.
