Feb 7th

It was a pretty good day, fairly decent, was nice and kinda relaxing. I taught an online live meeting class, then met with a new client, then came home took a nap, didn't do any extra bonus exercises today, my body said to chill, so I did, later in the evening I trained a client and got a little exercise in. Went a little over my calories but it wasn't a binge so I'm not really worried about it. 1871 calories, 236 carbs 61 Fat, 116 protein 1445 Sodium 42 Fiber
