1/7 Great exercise -crappy food

Had a great day for exercise, I totally killed it with 150 minutes of elliptical, walking, aerobics etc but did terrible with my food.

My ranges were WAY OVER. Still struggling with night time binging..

45 Fiber

Tomorrow's a new day! I can do this!!!!!!
