Day 10 Trick My Body Challenge


Woke up at 7am got the kids up, (getting them back on school schedule, they start Monday) 
Made Coffee, Breakfast 7:30 Vanilla Yogurt with fresh blueberries added , an apple & coffee with 1 tsp creamer 

Went to Exercise class, it was great, did 10 min on elliptical 2 mins jumping rope, then 60 mins boxing/kickboxing then after class I did 35 mins on the treadmill (2.25 miles) 107 mins total (10 points) 

Lunch 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 lg tomato, 2 oz ground turkey (made it into a scrambler) 

Snack Banana 

Dinner 1 oz mixed nuts, 2/3 cup grape nuts 2/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 oz pepper jack cheese 1 tomato 

It was a great day, my muscles were super sore from the day befores exercises but I'll live. 

1503 calories 55 Fat 191 Carbs Protein 81 26 fiber 1447 Sodium... WOO HOO I was 100% perfect in my ranges.. not over and not under on anything!! YAY!!! 

Yay another great day!!! Ready for Day 11
